Paul joined NIRI from a leading emulsion manufacturer.  His role involved providing technical service solutions to new and existing nonwoven/textile emulsion customers Europe-wide.  Prior to that Paul worked as Technical Manager in a nonwovens production plant in the UK for 10 years.  The company employed various bonding techniques including chemical, thermal and hydroentanglement.  Academically Paul obtained a PhD in Polymer Chemistry at Salford University and more recently an MBA at the Bristol Business School.
