Andrew obtained a Batchelors degree in Chemistry and a Masters degree in Polymer Science at Lancaster University before working on the development of textile lubricants for nine years. Subsequently, Andrew completed his PhD at the University of Leeds, studying the structure-property relationships of nonwoven fabrics with the Nonwovens Research Group. Andrew's principal interest is in the development of sustainable nonwoven materials and chemical processes.
